During the lesson great attention is paid to children’s physical training and flexibility. Parallel to the trainings, the trainers speak also about the personal hygiene and the behavior of the sportsman.
Through trainings children get acquainted with the technique of the sport. During Greek-Roman wrestling especially great attention is paid to different physical exercises, which help to develop abdomen muscles.
Trainings also contribute to the development of children’s healthy mode of life.
The children form the wrestling group participated in different competitions by winning different awards.
