In the group of national clothes the teaching process combines both practice and theory. During first lessons children get acquainted with the types of the crafts, as well as with Armenian and other peoples’ national clothes and ornaments. Then they get acquainted with the methods of working with threads, choosing and uniting the colors and the fabric typical to different nations. Children learn to sew by embroidering hats, shirts, shoes and other types of clothes. They unite them with ornaments, necklaces, chains etc.                                                     
Parallel to teaching children also learn the puppet making technique then they use all the made by themselves as the means of showing the nation’s clothes to the others.
To the development of children’s progress contribute greatly visits to museums, where the children get acquainted with the examples of national clothes.
