Since early times its wide usage had silversmithing which had its own place in the treasury of decorative and applied arts.
Armenian silversmithing has been developed since ancient times. Silver jewels completed the totality of national clothes and made them more luxury and magnificent. They also emphasized the person’s who carried it taste and elegance.
The group trainings are aimed to present to children the wonderful handworks of Armenian craftsmen and teach them professional skills and abilities.
During the first period of trainings children get acquainted with silversmithing tools, the materials which are used, their types and qualities, and the usage methods. The room is well equipped with all the necessary machines and tools to organize the trainings in the best way. During the lessons children make different jewels like chains, bracelets, rings, necklaces etc.

Handworks of  the children form silversmithing group participated in the exhibitions organized in the center and were highly evaluated by the professionals which inspired them with enthusiasm to learn better and to be more responsible towards  learning.
