First period of teaching children get acquainted with the profession of dress making, the type of thread, the needed tools and machines and their usage.
Parallel to theoretical trainings, practical ones are carried out, during which children learn different kinds of sewing as well as ornamental ones.
In the next stage of the work children get acquainted with the cutting out of cloth patterns and working them out, their wetting under temperature, the skills and abilities of deciding their main sizes and joining cloth patterns.
During professional trainings special attention is paid to the development of children’s aesthetic taste.
Children draw the models on the paper, and then during practical trainings they sew it.
In the center very often are organized shows, where the spring, summer, autumn collection of clothes is showed which are the result of children’s rich imagination.
The clothes designed by the children were highly appreciated by the participants of the exhibition organized in the center.
The clothes made by them were presented to the children from other groups as well as to economically disadvantaged olds.
